Description
Linden — a fine melliferous herb. White honey, as well as lime color, has sudorific effect and is applied at treatment of the most various diseases. White honey is considered one of the best grades. Svezheotkachanny honey is very fragrant, transparent, weak-yellow or greenish color. Contains 39,27% of a levuleza and 36,05% of glucose. Bees visit linden flowers in the morning and before evening that is when nectar is plentifully emitted. The Ufa (Bashkir) medical, so-called lipets, is colourless, at crystallization becomes white, with a golden shade coarse-grained weight. The Amur (Far East) honey — rather turbid-yellowish color.
